No, an appointment is not mandatory. However, to insure availability of a consultant and dressing room, we strongly recommend that you make an appointment, especially on Saturdays. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability of time, personnel and space. If you make an appointment and are unable to keep it, we ask that you please call us to cancel. This will allow another bride on our waiting list the opportunity to fill your missed appointment.

It takes 4-6 months to receive a bridal gown once it has been ordered depending on the season. Bridesmaids, flower girls and mothers dresses can take 3-5 months depending on the season. Please keep in mind that alterations can take 30-60 days on a wedding gown and 15-30 days on attendants’ dresses, again depending on the season and the extent of alterations needed.

No, only half of the total cost is required at the time of order. The balance will be due within a week of the day your dress arrives. Please note that factories may sometimes ship orders earlier than the ship date they provide us, which we then relay to you. If this occurs, we ask that you still pay the balance within a week of the arrival date. If a bride decides to purchase one of our in-stock gowns, half of the total cost is required at the time of purchase with the balance due within 30 days. Sale gowns must be paid in full at time of purchase by credit card or cash.

No, Bella’s does not provide alterations services. However, we will refer you to several trusted, experienced bridal alteration seamstresses.

We have only one dress in each style so customers can try on several different styles. Most of these gowns can be purchased off the floor. However, if a bride chooses to order a gown at Bella’s, measurements are taken and their dress is ordered in the appropriate size. Additionally, the cost to stock multiple sizes in the same style is prohibitive.

Our in-stock gowns are usually sizes 8-14 and 22W-28W. Gowns can be ordered in sizes 0-28 and some up to size 30.
